Voice Command Marking (v1.4.0)

The busiest moments in roasting are the key markers: Charge, Dry End, First Crack, Second Crack, and Drop.
Auto detection based on temperature can lag and drift, while tapping the screen is awkward when your hands are busy.
Do you mark first and then drop, or drop and then mark? Either way, timing can slip.

That is why v1.4.0 introduces Voice Command Marking.
You can call out a marker while operating the roaster, and HiBean logs the event instantly without touching the screen.

Supported events

• Charge
• Dry End
• First Crack
• Second Crack
• Drop

How to say it

Chinese commands

Say: "标记 + event name"
Examples: 标记入豆 / 标记转黄 / 标记一爆 / 标记二爆 / 标记下豆

English commands

Default: "MARK + event name"
Examples: MARK CHARGE / MARK DRY END / MARK FIRST CRACK / MARK SECOND CRACK / MARK DROP

English phrases can be customized (experimental) in settings.

How to enable

1. Go to Me → AI Lab → Voice Command and enable the main switch.
2. Turn on the specific events you want to use.
3. Tap Test Voice Recognition and try the examples.
4. Start a manual roast, then speak the command at the right moment.

Tips

• Works only during manual roasting. Replay mode does not enable voice commands.
• Microphone permission is required. Speak clearly and stay near the mic in noisy environments.
• On desktop, you can pick a specific microphone to avoid virtual audio inputs.
